Lady Miriam has been given many gifts of the Holy Spirit; her main gifts of operation are Word of Wisdom, Prophecy and Intercession. As a Pastor’s wife for four congregations; she has been invited by many of the local churches to minister to the women. Her first trial sermon was in 2000 at the Colorado Springs church during a Father’ Day Service. Working the New York State Women’s Correctional Facility, many of the women where set free from the bondage of sin as she ministered to them. Many of her present and former co-workers attribute their acceptance of Jesus Christ to her life’s example. Having a heart for women Sister Brannon continues to be used by God to reaching women that have been wounded by life and its difficulties. |

(Pastor):
Pastor Phyllis started attending church at the tender age of 11 years old, and immediately feel in Love with the Lord. She started ushering which was a great delight; "I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of the wicked (Psalm 84:10). As a teenager, she was involved in Prison ministry through church service and Fine art ministry participating in presenting Christian plays that would impact and encourage those incarcerated. She started teaching Sunday School as a youth and continued as an adult. Sister Phyllis also began singing at age 11 which is her greatest love and has been singing ever since. Singing is a Ministry that is far reaching and not to be taken lightly. The Levites proceeded battle with music/singing; it prepared the way as it still does today. Currently Phyllis sings with the praise & worship team of LWMI and is part of a national recording choir. |
